I am an incoming collage student next year. I like surfing the web, dling from utorrent and chating with friends at the same time, and watching movies from occasionally. what do you think is the BEST NETBOOK and NOTEBOOK that would suite me and why?

*I’m looking into HP mini 311. It has nice features newly available in the marketm anything else you see?

My boyfriend tried to explain it, but I still don’t get it. My computer is an HP G60, 16", and it says it’s a notebook. Is an average laptop even bigger than that? What about a Netbook? Those look pretty small, but other than size, is there a difference?

Ive never had a laptop before but really really want one but i’d like to get a small-ish one maybe a netbook or notebook or something like that?
But i’d like to have a cd/dvd drive with it, from what ive seen it doesnt look like i can get a netbook with cd/dvd drive, so i was thinking the next best thing would be a notebook???? do notebooks have cd/dvd drives?

I was quite tempted to get a macbook i know they’re VERY pricey but look worth the money is there an equal to the macbook? maybe a sony vaio? (sorry, im RUBBISH with things like this)

I dont really wanna do a huge amount of things on my laptop just the usual internet surfing/emails but i’d like to put my music and my family photos and videos on it too

I know its only 200 dollars that’s the good part, but do i have to get the notebook with the 3G network they offer or could i just get the notebook without that and use my wireless internet at my house?
