dell mini 9 netbook lags from watching youtube?

hi, i just got my dell netbook today… for some reason, it lags a little when i watch videos from like youtube and other websites, i dont think it’s the internet or the site…. is it suppose to be like that? i mean a netbook cant even handle videos? is there ways i can fix this?

system spec. :
•Intel Atom Processor (1.6GHz, 512KB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB)
•Windows XP Homel
•1GB 533MHz DDR2 SDRAM
•Intel 945PM / GS Express Chipset
•Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 950
•Glossy 8.9 inch backlit LED display (1024X600)
•8GB Solid State drive
•4-cell 32WHr Li-Ion Battery
•802.11g Wireless Card

thanks for the reply, but i only used 4GB of the 7.1GB( though it should be 8GB><)… but yeah i think so too,,, but are there any more advise or thoughts??? T_T
